Yellow is the best
Red and Blue are BY FAR the most common, Yellows are underdogs by a large margin. Yellow also has the best emblem imho.
Overall it doesn't really matter but Blue is the normiest, followed closely by Red. Every gym in my area is either blue or red, the only yellows are once every so often in isolated areas or the ones I take briefly.
I'm red
I picked Blue just because Red had all three gyms at the time, It's my least favourite colour but I like Articuno.
