i have thoughts about niggers and things I don't want to think about.

ACT therapy and an antipsychotic have been tremendously helpful
Just don't choose to think those thoughts. :^)
There's certain kinds of videos I can't watch without cringing. There's certain kinds of music I can't listen to without cringing. I have some cringey memories associated with certain entertainment mediums and I hate it.
I wish there was a way to make me forget my bad memories and erase all evidence of those bad memories.

You have to start screaming over the top of those thoughts to make them go away. For me, the worst part is the initial fear that i won't be able to drown it out
who here have urges to poke their eyes out?
