Is it worth it to make a Twitter? I have no friends to follow or interest in tweeting anything, but all the normies have one, so should I get one as well?

Twitter is good for blasting simple ideas and links to an audience.
If you have a twitter, you better be prepared to use it to make short, pithy, humorous, interesting comments to your thousands of followers several times a day, or you won't get any traction.
You need to be predictable and to talk consistently about just a few ideas that everyone who follows you wants to hear about or you won't spread and thrive.
It's really not a social tool as much as it is a self-marketing tool.
I made a Twitter account to complaint to Dominos Pizza once since they fucked up my order.... got a free coupon for my order after DMing them my info.... they're still my only follower on Twitter......
