Who /creativeenthusiast/ here?? How do you manage to make creativity/art a part of your life when work and exhaustion consumes it?
I used to be into programming as a hobby when I was NEET but then I got an accounting office job. too tired after working from 7-5 to do anything that requires effort

I get an hour for lunch but yeah its rough. I actually like accounting but I dont think im made to handle long workdays.
also I have to pretend to be happy all the time or else coworkers ask 'whats wrong' or tell me to smile more. I hate office culture

I have no idea and this has been bothering me for the past two years or so. I'm thinking the only real option might be to switch to some kind of physical labor for money, so that you can save your mental energy for the things you care about. This guy I know from school does construction work during the day and then spends his evenings with painting and music. When I come home from my white collar gig I'm done though.
What's your govy 9-5?
