It's telling you to cut that shit out. I got the same muddled thoughts when I used to take MDMA a couple of years ago, my eyes were tired just looking at and perceiving the world, but it felt more like it was in my brain. Also got brain zaps from time to time.
Cut that shit out and you should feel better.
