Very hard on Tinder. If they're Ivy League tier and looking for an LTR they won't use Tinder.
How to find one to waifu/husbando:
1) Have connections through family. If you run in the same circles as them you're bound to meet them.
2) Go to an Ivy League school. Chances are good that as long as you have a pulse throughout college you will have OPPORTUNTIES to MEET people. You still need to be capable of having relationships.
3) Meet them at conferences relating to professional careers. Ivy League usually means high status and they will go to these events to show off. If you're smart or at least not dumb enough to do well in a professional career like Law or Medicine you will meet successful people at these events.

Most of the people who go to conferences are there to network so people are going to be sociable. I've gone to conferences and met people in team building exercises and workshops and I've also met people during breaks or in lounge areas. They will sometimes have young professional conferences where you can meet people of a similar age in your field, you will all be in town for one to three days so going out at night with a group is easy.
I think guys will often approach girls but everyone should be prepared to approach or to be in n area where they can be approached if that makes sense. People with less well developed social skills view interaction very mechanically buy it is often very fluid. The hardest part about social interactions is getting started. I was a 24 year old kv in grad school who regarded what hobbies he had as time wasters between assignments which I took very little pride in. I started by getting more focused on my work and then gaining a few hobbies which I could either take pride in or involve other people. My work network allowed me to meet similar people who I made great connections with that made it much easier to have a social life.

Coming after a really bad breakup I decided to try it. At first I was very direct with the few matches I had, then I was too coy and beat around the bush so they stopped replying. This led to me getting bored, which led to me not really thinking about what I replied. I ended up having real conversations with some girls going on some dates.
I was lucky to get asked out by a girl. 19, and fat. She asked to fuck and we got a hotel. I paid, she got weed. I bought her a burger.
After that it got easier. I had sex with a few more girls (all fat) and even made a couple of friends.
