MY NIGGER
>>
>>29853887
>The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
>The Road
>Drive
>Her

From what I've seen so far.
>>
>>29853937
I've never met someone who also likes that movie. Happy to see /r9k/ appreciates it. It actually got the Foreign Film Oscar in 66.

>>29853939
I've only seen Her out of those, but I loved it to death.
>>
>>29853887
Taxi Driver
Groundhog Day
Plains, Trains & Automobiles
8 1/2

Yeah if I could find a chick who actually appreciates Fellini I would be so happy.
I suppose he makes the kind of film's that only a guy could understand, though.
>>
>>29853952
Can you explain to me why you liked Her,
If I'm going to be honest, I thought it over-reached and was whimsically dreary without logical reason.
>>
Just thinking about eraserhead ruins my appetite.
>>
>>29854056
What do you mean by it overreaching?

I guess what I liked about it is how surprisingly real the relationship seemed (more like realationship) and just the general aesthetics of the film--the clothes, the colors, the shots. It was just a beautiful film, and I bought into the relationship.

American Psycho, Inception, Nightcrawler, and Starwars ep 3!

>1 off Trips

My favorites:
True Romance
Come and see
Pulp Fiction
The last of the Mohicans
>>
Watership Down
The Avengers
The Never Ending Story
Inception
>>
It's very hard to limit it down to 4 movies, but still
> Pulp Fiction
> Dog Days Afternoon
> Stalker
> Waltz with Bashir
>>
>>29853887
I really enjoyed Grand Budapest Hotel too, Eraserhead as a favourite is pretty edgy though.
>>
>>29853887
Fallen Angels
Chungking Express
Solaris
Mulholland Drive
>>
Kung Pow!: Enter the Fist is a masterpiece in my book

I also really like Tropic Thunder, Phantom of the Paradise and UHF.
>>
>>29854082
Don't get me wrong, the cinematography was beautiful, Jonze did a great job. But the pacing of the film didn't match the build of the relationship and the story veered off into a fray of science fiction edge too much for my liking. It think it would have been better focusing on the different between the computer and his dates, but that's my opinion.

>>29854090
Nightcrawler was one of the best films in recent years but everything else in your list is fucking trash. American Psycho was made by the least subtle misandrist ever and the rest are cash cow pits of despair with almost to no artistic merit. Inception had decent acting I'll give you that though.

Although I admittedly don't watch very many films. If I ever do feel like watching something, it's usually after a great deal of research. I mean, I'll actually read a synopsis of the film first, spoilers and all.

Didn't you just watch The Decalogue though? Have you really seen so few movies in your life that you suddenly add every good movie you watch to your all time favorites? Also it shouldn't count because you didn't watch it in one day, embryo.
