industrial helium is good, in general it depends where you live, they add oxygen to prevent suicide in USA for sure and possibly in other western countries, in other countries they might only do that to save some money, so if you want to buy party tank you never know if they added oxygen or not, the access to industrial helium for sale in small container also varies alot from place to place, and they definitely don't ship that
