I used to go on walks, but in texan summertime walks suck.
I don't go out at night because I got beaten. Now I'm brain damaged and haven't experienced pleasure in three years apart from one time I did MDMA a year ago. My intellect is still intact somehow. Maybe this is what autism feels like.
Here's my nightwalk story

I don't nightwalk but I do nightskate, I'm from the UK and the pavements are terrible so you can only really cruise around at night time so you can use the roads without dying. It's really nice to poke some headphones in and roll around. Plus there's some nice spots near my house for when I want to do some proper skating and again it's always easier at night because there's nobody around.

this is my kind of thread, i walk almost every night of the week, sometimes for 3-4 hours, ive got some pretty good pictures but lost most of them when my old laptop fucked up
I met a qt russian who also likes to nightwalk.
Problem is she wont shut the fuck up and enjoy the creepy night silence. I cant walk with her and listen to music.
I usually find stuff when I nightwalk on campus. Last time I went out I found a full bag of bread near on bench and jelly/peanut butter hidden in a tree about a block from the bread.
I prefer biking at night to walking though. I can go as fast as I want without any issues.

This building is pretty much finished now, i used to enjoy walking past it late at night especially when the floodlights were left on
I like nightwalks. Its just when you walk by strangers and you start doing the autism walk or get stuck locking eyes. I now just stare straight ahead which is probably more strange
I'm too lazy and socially anxious to go to nightwalks anymore. I don't want to bump into any youth on vacation who are probably drunk and looking to impress Stacies.

I've been doing it for years.
I usually go hang out under a bridge about a mile away. I just sit there and listen to the cars drive by. I hope that one day I'll run into somebody there and then something will happen. Something bad, something good, either way it'll break the monotony.
I used to go for longer walks, but I don't have that kind of energy anymore, and the bridge is the only thing around for a few miles, so it's all I have.
It's a really cool bridge though.

I live on the otherside of a park, you can walk though the park to get to the local town center, I love to walk though the park at like 1-2am and then walk though the town center on friday/saturday nights as you tend to see drunk normies and the atmosphere is... strange.
I also like to do the odd walk on Sunday when it's completely dead, walking though the park, the streets, the town center... you can pretend that you're completely alone, just you and your thoughts.... nobody to bother you...

if you guys live near a forest, you should go for a walk there in the very early morning hours (maybe around 3 during the summer - probably later if it's winter). The key is to go for a walk just before the sun rises, so it's not pitch-black darkness, but not light in either. Super comfy unless you live in some sketchy area

The sleep pattern I enjoy the most is going to sleep at around 1 in the afternoon. Basically reversing the sleep pattern of a normal person. Waking up as it's going dark and going to the gym when no one is there in the early morning is great.

I go running at night, hoping to catch the cooler night air and avoid other people seeing me as much as possible. Truthfully if I had a stationary bike I'd likely never leave the house. The route I take is quiet as I live in wooded suburbs. Mostly well lit except for one corner that is literally pitch black. At that corner I always pray a car is coming from behind to illuminate the area. Usually not though, usually if theres a car its coming from in front and blinding me completely.
Its fine I guess, almost never any other walkers/runners. Have seen a few animals mostly rabbits and one fox in the distance. Honestly its not the animals you see that scare you. Its the ones you hear in the distance like hounds and the knowledge that at any moment you might get sidelined by a fucking skunk.

I live on the west side of Chicago so I can't really go on night walks (or even day walks sometimes). I sometimes go on night drives though.

I used to do nightwalks in college, because I lived in a dorm and the campus was right next to it.
My routinue was ordering a pizza on Friday night and eating it while playing video games.
Then wake up Saturday afternoon, eat the rest of the pizza, play video games, and then take a shower.
After the shower, I'd put on sweatpants, a t-shirt and a hoodie, then go out for a walk.
There was a convenience store that I would go to and get a large tea to drink while I walked.
Drinking cool tea while walking around a dark campus is very relaxing.
Sometimes I would listen to music while I walked, other times I would simply listen to the wind and distant sounds of parties.
These walks were probably my favorite part about college.
I don't go on night walks anymore because I live at home and don't want to make a lot of noise coming and going in the night.
Also there's nowhere to walk peacefully around home, it's all busy streets.
