Who else here going insane?
>Can no longer control my own thoughts
>Have hard time not thinking about something I don't want to think about
>More violent thoughts
>Getting very little sleep
>See the sun rise every morning
>Less and less able to communicate with others each day
>Haven't gotten proper exercise in a while and constantly feel jittery and wired from sugar
>Mood swings
>When I fall asleep I have vivid dreams and sometimes I wake up but I don't know if I'm awake and everything is hazy and I can't tell if I'm still dreaming
>Irrational fear of getting stuck in a dream
>Can no longet properly organize my thoughts
>Good enough actor that people think I'm a normie
It isn't going to get better is it?
