How do you guys end up fat anyway? Were you always fat? What stops you from losing weight? Do you worry about your health or just the way you look? Does being fat make it so that you can't do certain things or find them more difficult? For me, my depression/etc made me want to eat to fill the kind of emptiness I felt, but even now as I cut down to coffee and two regular meals, it's the fact that I'm still very inactive that keeps me at a constant 240ish number.
I'm not extremely self-conscious about it, but just the regular level of self-consciousness most people have about whatever insecurities they hold.
Plus, looking very non-threatening and unimportant is pretty alright.
