Is it something to worry about if I'm just now starting to get frequent pimples on my back at 25? There's also one on my chest that keeps coming back in the same exact spot. I wash the sheets and pillow cases every few days and haven't changed anything in my lifestyle. I don't use covers because I get hot too easily.
