I turn 20 next month. I've always gotten a physically sick feeling in my stomach when I see 20+ year olds on r9k because I know that on my current trajectory, I'll be one. It's time to move on

I was pretentious about music long before I started browsing /mu/ (thanks dad), so there was really never any hope for me there. /mu/ did expand my tastes dramatically though, and got me into electronic music production, which is my only productive hobby
The problem with trying to leave 4chan, as I've learned in my past escape attempts, is that it leaves a massive void in my life. Quitting 4chan opens up around 5+ hours per day and I don't know what the fuck to do with them. I've been browsing daily for years. I have no friends, no hobbies, etc. The no friends part is the killer, without the brief human interactions I get here I start to go mad from solitude
