or "I beat cancer" in small letters on the lower back I don't really mind, and I can't really hold that against them.
If an ex's name, on the face, or a massive drawing of unrecognizable

My best friend and I got flower tattoos on our necks in high school. We wanted to do something special to set our friendship in stone since she had cancer and our time together was short. We got each other's favorite flowers, she got a lily and I got a cherry blossom. They're pretty small tattoos.
She passed away like 2 months later. Since she's gone it's not really a set of tattoos anymore, it's just mine. I don't really tell anyone who asks about it what it means anymore, people can judge all they want. I like it though, wouldn't get another one though that hurt like heck.

Yeah we thought about it a lot. We wanted it somewhere visible but neither of us liked the thought of hand it on our hands or wrists. Having it anywhere else below the neck implies a level of skank that neither of us were comfortable with. Neck was kind of just the default place to go anyway. It's only visible when I have my hair up too so it never gets in the way of my day to day life anyway.

Well last time we went to my parents, little over a month ago I asked her for a big favor to play nice.
