Everyone has some sort of "drug" imho. Entertaintment in general (movies, games, internet) is just another drug, except it usually causes less harm than substances.

I honestly don't know. would you agree completely sober life doesn't seem worth living? i guess that means that the high is the only enjoyment we get from our current lives. at least i still have a few years of getting high before i decide if i want to kill myself or stay sober.
