Real talk, this is something that takes years of practice. I've been learning for 10 years and I'm still not fluent yet.
That said, do the Spanish tree on Duolingo, watch stuff either in Spanish or with Spanish subtitles, and maybe even try posting in the Latino thread on /int/.
