Anons ITT are giving good advice: don't freak out about it, beat yourself up about it, or try and hide from it by binging more. Just let it go, focus on other things, and work harder to do better next cycle.

Binge eating was alot easier to stop than porn+procrastination+4chan addiction.

the biggest problem most people dont realize is that its dieting, the problem with being a fatass is that you need to stop eating so god damn much and you will automatically lose weight. cardio is just exercising your lungs. which is great and all, but its futile, when you just stuff your face repeatedly.

You are still not getting it. Calorie is an abstract concept and not something that you can burn. You burn "fat", releasing energy, which is measured in calories.
You don't say "my engine burns newtonmeter/s", it burns gasoline.

I lost from 104kg to 79kg when I was 24. Was lifting weights and doing cardio regulary

That's a simplistic way of looking at it. I would argue that while becoming obese, is somewhat self inflicted, to varying degrees between each individual case, it's actually *staying* obese and not doing anything about it for years that's truly self inflicted.
