30+ on average. I have 800 followers, but a lot of them are 'ghosts.' most liked was 105 or so. but i post at least six - nine images a day. i would get more likes if i posted less.

I blocked all my facebook friends that follow me and now I only follow people I already follow (mostly hot girls). In fact I only use it for girls really, 8 followers, 80 following, 0 posts.

I average ~10 on Facebook (on profile pics) and around 2 on Instagram, hence I dont use it anymore.
Can someone explain to me how you get more followers? I've seen so many ugly people, or just folks who take shit pics yet have up to 150+ followers. Whenever I get a follower it always tends to be one of those obvious bots, and if not I always follow back but as soon as I do they unfollow me.
60-70 usually (I'm male and don't post selfies or shit like that) but pretty much all my followers are people I know
