The idea that we all evolved equally in such extreme varying climates and condition is absolutely ridiculous.
My guess is that because they havent actually developed the society they live in, they havent gained the same respect and rules that others (ex. White, asian), who have been building up mainstream society for generations, have. They were given western society for free, so instead of learning and assimilating, they do what they've always done, violence and death to get ones way.
In a sense it is bad luck that blacks havent developed, but considering how many years they have had to assimilate, and all they do is shoot up the place, maybe there is other biological race differences other than skin colour. Maybe centuries of European civilization has some epigenetic effects?
