i actually haven't heard much cicadas or crickets this year, we've had some weird weather and i think a lot of them died off. we had like 3 weeks of 80+f, then at some point it dropped down to like 50f for a week or two, i haven't heard them since that happened

I walked a little bit in the backyard, it was hot.
I wonder what my peers are doing, probably having a good time, seeing each other, I wonder how they plan it all, how they invite each other, and why I'm not among them.
