Unfortunately no. There's a highway nearby where I could run in front of a truck, but again I have heard numerous cases of people being rescued and remained paralysed for rest of their life.

If you have a car, just do the exhaust thing. Or the charcoal heater. Just make sure to cover the windows with some thick blankets and close all the vents. Go for a drive somewhere secluded, take some sleeping pills, leave the car or heater running, close your eyes and never wake up.
