To begin with it's awful, it still is. You start off just feeling like absolute aids all the fucking time. You go to the doctors and all tests they do come back normal. And because they can't put it down to anything it's automatically put down to a mental problem.
I had some interesting health problems that were quite serious, if you're interested I'll go on.
In my opinion it's the lazy doctors diagnosis. Instead of doing investigative work they just slap a label on you. All the chronic fatigue symptoms are symptoms of much more serious issues. And those issues could be an issue in a patient but instead you're labeled with something as helpful as a ADD diagnosis.
At this point in time there's no easy cure. Most doctors suggest a stringent sleep schedule, healthy diet and gentle exercise.

I have a shitty excuse. I have ADHD predominantly inattentive, it has really fucked my shit up, but thoughout my life no one helped me. Everyone here tells me it is fake because soccer moms bribe doctors to fakely diagnose their kids with ADHD and cunts pretend they have ADHD so they can get high on ritalin but the symptoms fit me to a T and I only stumbled across it recently. I remember teachers complaining that I didn't seem to be listening when I was being talked to FFS. I don't know what to do or how to get diagnosed as I am a useless NEET.

If I took my car that wasn't working, that was dropping it's guts all over the road to a mechanic and he told me he, after spending a few hours on it that he didn't know what was wrong with it and to carry on using my fucked car and pay him $$$ for 'having a go' and his 'time'.
I wouldn't accept it. He is a serviceman, I have paid him for a service. And he should do the damn job to the highest standard.

As before, demand investigation. Don't take it probably won't be, or isn't a problem as an answer.
