Voice is something you improve on btw. It's not something everyone is good at automatically. Talking is a skill you can practice and get better at in the same way singing is. Voice actors and radio hosts literally train for years just to be able to speak well

The core of the problem is chronic judging. if you find you're very harshly judging yourself you are also applying those harsh standards onto other people. So you have an ideal in your head that you're comparing people (and yourself) to. Where did this ideal come from? It came from culture. Culture is constantly changing and is therefore irrelevant.
