Why do normies think the "Main" hispanic is a bunch of mixed race injuns?

Hispanic does not mean part indian,
Mestizo is a term used for the ones with indian blood. The main Hispanic is "Spaniard" from Europe. They do not have indian blood.
The Mestizos were created when horny Spanish sailors fucked the Indians, but not all Spaniards race mixed with indians.
