If I have someone's mobile number, profession and part of their first name, is there any way to learn their full name from it?
This person is a doctor (locum) working for the NHS if that helps.

I've found a guy's address, name and phone number with a fucking username.
I tried it just to see if I could, and apparently you can if the person leaves a big enough digital footprint.

It probably won't work, but if they have connected their phone number to the facebook account then you should be able to find them by just typing their number on the fb search bar
