How I quit jerking it was just... telling myself I didn't need to do it anymore, and being committed to never doing it again. If a boner came on, even if I was lying down in bed or in the shower, I would tell myself "please at least wait a minute before you pound it" and then clench my legs hard for 2 minutes. This will re direct blood flow (once the stiffy goes away you'll feel the need to piss)
