I've literally walked away from someone in mid conversation after they mentioned having a girlfriend after they had just wasted 5 minutes of my time whining about their life which is infinitely better than mine. Next time a hobo asks me for money I'm going to ask if they're a virgin and if they say no I'll stomp them a few times and continue on my way.

Even rich people with healthy social lives feel depression. It doesn't make their problems less legit than yours.

When something bad happens to them they're not going to think "at least I have a god girlfriend and can afford to never go to bed hungry"
