hey man I know where you are. Sometimes making your self sad helps because you go through an average life with no emotions it's good to feel something strongly. Focus on your self. I found working out really helps. Dont be embarrased to talk to your doctor about depression and mental illness and look into things like counseling and therapy. good luck man.
