I don't usually get angry but when I do I'm pretty fucking angry. I can hide it pretty well in public (I just exhale really heavily and grit my teeth, and at worst I make a HHNNNGGH sound and can feel blood vessels tighten in my head) but the moment I get home I go into a shouting fit and start punching pillows and jumping up and down. Pretty autistic I know but at least I'm not being an asshole to anyone.
