I know that feel bro. I'm a compulsive eater and is the main cause of my weight gain. I've been doing good lately and losing weight. Maybe try to go for a walk to take some of the calories away.
If you eat two pieces of pizza you'll feel just as full 10 minutes later as you would if you had eaten four pieces. Makes sense but when you're actually in the moment it's hard to stop eating until you feel full.
