That's me when I grew out of my liberal phase. I thought everyone who disagreed with me was just stupid. I had no understanding of the meaning of history and human nature. I thought I had society and culture all figured out. I thought I was being rational, but actually I was being very emotional about it and just revolting against false representations of how society works.
