You do not think about thinking less. It's a fallacy. You just stop over rationalizing things. Rely more on your perceptions and judge less what's before you. Learn contemplation. Learn meditation. Start getting in touch again with your feelings anf intuition. But for fucks sake don't turn overthinking into a problem you'd think about, it's a loop with no end. Learn to let go.
