I'm not even thirty yet but my memory is filled with holes. Not as in 'gosh, where'd I leave my keys?' but forgetting entire days, if I had eaten already, what my cat's name is them, etc.
Sometimes I think I remember something, but then I realise it was a dream, but they bleed over into each other.

Are you depressed and/or do you drink to excess frequently? My memory has become the same and I would like to know why. I've had periods of psychosis though, you?

mine isn't quite as bad in the short term but i have difficulties. the long term is much worse. i have no idea what i did between 2008 and 2011 and then from about 2013-mid2015. i just can't say. i know i was at home wasting my life and being severely depressed (sometimes to the point of what i believe to be mild psychosis) but i remember almost none of it.

bad thoughts often, but no depression. I don't drink, sometimes a beer or a glass of wine on the weekends but not a heavy drinker. I haven't had a psychosis as far as I know.
