Let's break it down. Right now there are over 200k users online according to home page. I am guessing at least 60% of that is /b/ and /v/ anons. Then if we take what moot said about the vast majority on 4chan are lurkers and that number gets way shrunken down. /pol/ is definitely more popular and it's likely boards like /sp/ and /tv/ are more popular as well.
My guess is this board doesn't and probably have never had 5% of current users at any time. Maybe 1% at most. Then the people posting here? Probably really low. Most people won't be posting on 4chan all day. Many might make a few posts at most and then do something else.
