get a new job/ new hobby just fuck it all up and see if it works
>tfw incredibly light sleeper
>tfw a leaf falling off a tree a block away is enough to wake me up
WHY CAN'T I BE A HEAVIER SLEEPER
WHY DOES ANY NOISE AT ALL WAKE ME UP
IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FO ME TO SLEEP MORE THAN AN HOUR OR TWO AT A TIME
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Last time I feel on the "read a book to fall asleep" I ended falling asleep at 8AM with my mind racing about all sort of thoughts. Maybe 1984 isn't the best bedside book.

I remember reading about a sensory deprivation chamber someone built so they could get a good nights rest.
Sadly, he had Fatal Familial Insomnia so he ended up going insane and eventually passing away

I can fall asleep. Staying asleep is the problem. Here is my typical sleeping routine.
>lay in bed for 20 minutes or so
>fall asleep
>something wakes me up 1-2 hours later
>lay in bed trying to fall asleep for another half hour
>fall back to sleep for another 1-2 hours
>repeat this process until I get to the point where I'm not tired enough to go back to sleep but not rested enough to feel rested so I'm just drowsy and groggy every waking hour
I've tried earplugs but they always fall out, plus they don't block certain sounds like the niggers around me slamming their fucking car doors and apartment doors.

Sensor Deprivation Cells block out all noise, light, and to an extent, motion. Helpful for certain therapies I guess

Know those feels.
I feel tired and like shit all through the day with no motivation other than browsing here and then come 11, 12 at night I'm hit with bouts of inspiration and creativity. The result being me normally staying up well past the witching hour.

If only.
>try to sleep
>realize there will be a day, much like any other where I die and cease to "be"
>there will be an eternity of nothing after this instant in time
>went asleep at 5:40 AM
>Awoken at 8:30 by labourers
>Fuckme.png
>Still feel more active than normally when I get 7-8hrs of sleep
Anyone care to explain this?
