The last time I slept at the end of an LSD trip, I was able to be totally aware of each part of my brain shutting down. There was a moment that I was aware of where my arms were, then suddenly I wasn't, but I still knew where my legs were. There was a moment where I was having visual halluscinations, and then a moment where they stopped, and I couldn't remember what it was like to see. It was amazing.
