i was on UC this year, signed off now because i lost my rag with it, sick of jumping through hoops and my job centre advisor was a cold hearted cunt. i signed off before i could get sanctioned, but numerous times they had my payments 'on hold' for some unknown reason.
i think they make signing on more soul destroying than getting a job for a reason. the volunteering means nothing to them, they make you do it to ensure you're not sat on your arse all day.
you need a bloody good reason to be on disabledbux these days. i was on them back in '11 for a glorious few months until they deemed me fit to work and put me on JSA. try it, ham it up at the docs, it helps if you get a sound as fuck doctor who will give you a sick note every time no questions asked, but the job centre will bust your balls.
i know a few people who choose to sell drugs instead of sign on. the other alternative is sell loads of your stuff on ebay and get a nice little pot to live off whilst you psych yourself up for a job you actually want.

This is a good plan. You got an idea where you are headed? I'd recommend Phnom Penh. Very cheap place to live, but there's still quite a lot going on. Whores and drugs are very easy to find and the police are very lax on drugs, in contrast to thailand. Also it's piss easy to get a visa that will let you live there pretty much indefinitely, even with no job.

This is really naive. The Chinese will rip you off, considering you have no business experience or contacts.
Phnom Penh is full of Chinese businessmen though so you might be able to build contacts there, but you should assume that everyone is trying to rip you off because they probably are. 26k isn't a lot of capital, one bad deal early on could leave you finished and limping back to the UK to sign on.
I'd recommend that you study business and find a British partner who you can really trust, someone with established relationships and a more concrete plan. Then you can think about doing business in China.

Pokemon GO has completely changed his life
Spent the afternoon walking over 2 miles, catching Pokemon and claiming gyms
Had to go home when I wet myself
I was about 1.5km from home
I just couldn't hold it in and I had to stand still while I was catching a Pokemon
There weren't many people on the streets, could stretch my t-shirt and hold it in place over my groin and upper leg but I must have looked odd to the hordes of motorists
It eventually rained heavily though by that point it was too late
Wetting myself and having to walk home was quite a demoralising experience but I forgot all about it after I showered and changed my clothes
