Ok what do you think of the Avalanche's new album Wildflower? I think it's pretty good, I feel it's almost as good as Since I Left You but not quite. The vocal features were a lot less intrusive than I thought and I thought they actually added a lot of depth to the songs. I particularly like Toro Y Moi and Father John Misty's contributions. Even after 16 years they managed to put together a great album that lives up to the hype. I've already listened to it multiple times.

To be fair Samurai Champloo has a fantastic opening and I've heard a few OPs and they're usually alright. I'm a big fan of hip-hop, punk rock, and wonky (basically a stupid term for the fusion of hip-hop and dubstep music). I listen to a lot of stuff, I try to keep myself varied. Gives me a distraction and broadens my horizons a bit.

It's a weird genre but I like it a lot, it's gotten pretty popular lately. Some of the more popular artists are Flying Lotus, Shlohmo, Tokimonsta. And I don't think you'll regret listening to the Avalanches.
