I lie all the time, not big ones or anything but if someone asks me how my day was I'd just lie and not tell them what really happened and make out that nothing really happened at all and it pisses my friends and family off because they think I'm always hiding shit from them but I can't help it.

Tell them more convincing lies, just make bullshit up. If they are unsatisfied with you being fine, tell them you're gay and build it up for like a week. And when they gather the family together just nonchalantly tell them they are dumb, you aren't gay, and go play video games. They will usually leave you alone after that. It's amazing how pushy some people are. Hell, I've gotten to the point I just lie to people for the fun of it.

Pathological liar, same here op. Nothing you can do really, but as long as you're aware of it it helps. On the bright side you'll become a damn good liar in the end
