If it's snack food, you should think about switching out some of those empty calories for something healthy but still flavorful like pic related.
I've gone down from 150lbs last year to 130 now just by making these kinds of small changes to my diet.

I ate a bowl of muesli this morning, and then some tortillas with chicken in them in the evening. Also, an apple in between.
