It happens, but it is rare in my experience. Most Asian parents teach their children to be wary of other races, especially blacks. Some parents go as far to disown their kids if they date or get married to a black man.
Blacks will have the most luck with second generation Asian Americans or third generation Asian Americans. They are likely to be more liberal when it comes to dating.

It's not as common as WM/AF but it's relatively common, I see it fairly often in NYC. And it's pretty common for Southeast Asian chicks in general to be with black guys.
