What are some good things to do for self improvement?Everything is shit lately and I just can't get things together because of financial problems, so maybe I can put my attention into something else

I came here to start one of these threads anon so I'm here to support you. I've heard that it really helps to get super autistic about improving(not kidding). Write down what you want to accomplish. Also get very specific with the details of when you'll do it, how, why you want to and how it will make you feel. Write all that on paper and hang it somewhere you will see it often. Write it down again in a few days with any changes you want to add. Success in many tasks comes from repetition.

I've heard this actually works but the hardest part is listening to this guy talk then doing the stuff everyday. I think that's for normies to just get normier. Robots are already starting from under the ground.
