it's all mixed with both guys and women not a single picture with just guys, or with just women, why? Why do normies view the world like this?

There are activist groups who keep track of TV shows and commercials to make sure they have enough minorities playing positive roles. If not, the company or TV show gets publicly shamed for being racist.
