You can't deny that there are a large number of people here who are consuming increasingly extreme and more specific porn as time goes on. I've seen the threads. Many people here complain about not being able to get off to anything other than some kind of extremely specific weirdo porn in multiple tabs. I have been improving, so what I've said has worked for me.
The science also makes sense. Porn offers a novel 10/10 female in each video doing any kind of sexual act you want her to do. That is a dopamine rush your brain was never meant to handle. I've found myself getting bored at some porn that is shot well with a 10/10 female but doesn't have the positions I want, which is pretty ridiculous.
