I wear a hoodie every day because I weigh 100 pounds and I'm 6'2", so I have noodle anorexia arms.
If I don't wear a hoodie, the sleeves of a t-shirt just look baggy and hang to the side which looks stupid and autistic. I wear the same kind of blue jeans every day. I get the smallest size I can fit in that's possible (30x32) but my waist is 26, so I have to wear a belt and have baggy pants. I wear cowboy boots because my only pair of shoes I have is my tennis shoes from high school.

This is easily disernable from people who don't care. People who don't care wear clean cloths that fit, and would unlikely put together an outfiit that looks autistic. Even if someone doesn't care, they can still wear jeans, a t-shirt, and decent looking shoes. For example, take Charlie from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. He doesn't care to dress stylishly, but isn't autistic, so can make some basic fashion desisions resulting in him looking like a normal human being.
