i remember feeling like you in my teens, numb to everything, bored, but into my twenties it's the loneliness that became worst and the sense of lost time. all those years wasted on uncaring numbness

Honestly as a clinically depressed malfunctioning cyborg myself, I have a hard time coping with symptoms that sap away the enjoyment I experience from various activities and hobbies I prefer. You're lucky if you don't have to deal with the soul crushing paranoia that may prevent yo from reaching out to people; this is what I experience sometimes on the regular. It doesn't quite help that I am poor and have not achieved independence in my life.
My advice to you is to try to communicate how you feel with someone you can trust; maybe if they can give you reassurance and comfort.
