Everyone who correlates it with being smart or claims that it "doesn't mean shit" are just ignorant of what IQ actually measures. Of course I encourage you to challange this if you can back up your arguments with facts.
If you can't do that I strongly encourage you to sit down and ask yourself if you truly can back up most of your opinions or if they're just taken from air/built on quicksand in the first place.
