I'm originally from/b/. Been here since it was about top hats and atheism. I rarely visit other boards, but sometimes /vg/ (Space Station 13!) and /pol/ (I legit think it's funny). One time when I was really lonely I met a fat chick from soc at like 3 AM hoping to make a friend and we smokes pot, then I left and we never talked again. Oh, and I saw a girl I knew in high school camwhoring on /b/. Came with the force of a thousand warheads.

Came here back in 2009. Friend introduced me to /b/. For some time that was my home board. Eventually found this place some time in 2010 and I've been here ever since. /r9k/ is my new home board.

My friend introduced me to /pol/ in high school. Wasn't really into it so I moved to /wg/. Tried to stop being an autist so I started browsing /fa/ and /fit/. Nothing I did seemed to work so now my home is /r9k/.
I started using 4chan at around 2010. I lurked /b/ for a pretty long time. Maybe a couple years. Then I moved on to /sp/ and /o/ where I posted consistently. Eventually I made my way here where I've been for a while. I never really go on /o/ anymore. I do go on /sp/ though. It's the best place to shitpost.

I came here from reddit in 2012 after seeing /mu/'s massive recommendation chart. Stayed there for two years and eventually lowered my standards enough and came to /tv/ and here.
Now I hardly browse reddit at all, as this place at least has unbiased conversation
I started using 4chan around 2006 when I was 15/16.
Home board would be /a/, I use that bookmark to bring me to 4chan everyday.
My first memory of 4chan was asking my friend who introduced me to the site: "why does everyone hate bosnians here?"
I once almost got my shit blew up when I posted a link to one of those paper-plagiarism websites I was using for high school. /b/ filled up like 50 pages of the comment forum with /b/ tier shit.
My entire world view is dependent on 4chan. I have no idea what I would do if it ever shut down. 10 years is a long time.
About 2005/2006. Friend showed me some rage comic things. That shit used to be top tier material if you didn't know. He also linked me to the "ratatat - what the fuck do you guys want" thread. I started on /b/.
Most interesting thing? End of December, 2011, I made a shitty picture in paint and posted it. New years day I wake up and hop on /b/. First thread I see is stickied with my shitty picture. I was fucking ecstatic that he was in my thread, and found it amusing enough to save and repost.

Started on /b/ around 2012 then moved around started browsing /s4s/ for a while as well when it was created then started on /pol/ and also /hr/ for Swift / Cara thread. Started browsing /sp/ as well during the 2014 world cup. Somehow on /b/ I missed 80% of the happenings although the one I was in from the start was that week long thread during summer about some sort of devil dog thing I can't barely remember it but. I don't even know how I got to /r9k/ but it's definitely my main board now with /pol/ and /sp/ I never even go on /b/ anymore

I found 4chan probably around age 11-12 because people on a phpbb Pokemon forum were talking about it, this was when the anonymous Scientology protest was in the news. I remember looking on b and the first thread was about a website for Indian men looking to get cucked or something like that and closed it out because the computer was in a common area of the house and I didn't want my dad to see. I came here to tell an autistic story about myself. I used to go on Reddit all the time but I hated the upvote / downvote system and wanted a better website. Found 4chan and now I almost never go on Reddit except for one or two tiny subreddits that have people I can't really find on here.
So yeah I guess I am a cancerous redditor but I have tried to adjust my behavior to this place ever since. All I did on Reddit after a point was low-effort flaming / trolling to try to get as much negative karma as possible.

2007, older brother's friend mentioned it at a LAN party we were all at. I only really frequent /a/ and /r9k/ and have some generals up at /vg/. I don't really regret coming to 4chan because I've learned so much here.

Probably around 2005 when someone posted a link to /b/ with nudes of someone's girlfriend on the gaming forum I use to frequent.
Went on and off /b/ for the next year, did habbo and second life trolling, then made an offhand thread requesting any good anime on /b/, since I had just found out about eva and wanted more like it, and they directed me to /a/.
Then I got into anime very deeply, and /a/ became my homeboard from 2007-2009 or so.
This was the beginning of the end for me, as I had just entered college and was now going full weeb watching anime with /a/ instead of going to class or meeting people.
Eventually I migrated to /jp/ and starting becoming that flavor of weeb mixed with shut-in loser, adding touhou and VNs to my repertoire of escapism. This was around the time I flunked out of college.
I moved back home and became a NEET. This went on for about 2 more years, eventually my new homeboard became /sp/ and I started browsing /gif/ and /d/ more and more.
And then /r9k/ became my home around 2014. I had never frequented the board and the few times I had I couldn't understand the kind of person who made these threads about tfw no gf and being a manchild and angry at society and all that. But I finally did understand at last where I belonged.

i was watching youtube poops when i was around 11 or 12 years old. this was in 2007 during chanology. i clicked on the infamous fox news report and then decided to check it out myself.
i've been a regular on a b c e g h k o v vg r9k asp ck fa int jp mu pol and tv.. but i've spent the majority of time on /v/. which has turned into shit. same with /a/. fuck the whole website is shit now.
Got linked to this site trough various IRC channels a bunch of times in 2004. Eventually I started to browse around, hang out in the official IRC channel and started fapping to /g/. I never had a "home board" or whatever but I did have a few boards that I visited more often than others. Mostly /v/, /n/(which was nature back then), /b/, /a/, /s/ and /c/.
Around 2008 or 2009 I stopped coming here since everything I enjoyed about this site had either vanished or got too watered down. I didn't return for years and only casually browsed at first but now I check out some boards almost every day.
I haven't encountered anything interesting worthy of sharing except for having seen 4chan change and grow troughout its lifetime. I find the people here very intersting. The shitposters I mean. There are large groups of people here living with severe delusions and insecurities that they're practically wearing on their sleeves, yet they're completely or near-completely oblivious to them themselves.
Also, Space Station 13 is really great. If you haven't checked it out by now do yourself a favor and download BYOND.

2008 ish, so I must've been about 16. I was around for that era of memes (before everything was called a meme), though I can no longer really remember what the greatest of them were. People at the time seriously worried that we (whoever we were) were becoming too much like Myspace. Oh yeah, and we really hated KYM (know your meme). There was more surface level depravity in those times (being a "moralfag" was the worst thing ever, they'd have you believe).
