Oh yes also no hair period. My dick and armpits have regular hair, legs a little bit less than average but my arms habe like zero black hair and when I don't shave my moustache (nowhere else) grows like ten hairs, worse than Mikey Cera.
Also my voice never changed much durkng puberty and my 14yo brother has manlier, deeper voice. Also his whole body looks manlier as he weighs more and is taller. I love him he is a great guy but can't say I don't envy him pulling the right straw.
