I was in a depressive slump where I couldn't feel pleasure for who knows how long. Now that I can again I'm just incredibly lonely to the point I'm back to smoking half a pack of cigs a day.

I guess so. My auditory Hallucinations started as 8 bit sound effect type sounds, but they have lately evolved to voices and sounds like snapping. I guess bells are a thing for me too now. What does this mean subconsciously? Is my brain alerting me that a woman is behind me?

It's purpose probably can't be considered anything beneficial. You're just dealing with a broken machine in your head OP. Something triggers that bell for you.

I grew up with a borderline personality mother and no dad, it really fucked me up.

I have a million stories if anyone is interested.

I'm just starting to deal with my own constant lying, thankfully I'm much more truthful now.

When I was young I used to wipe my shit everywhere or even eat it.

God I was so fucked up. I think I'm starting to grow out of it and work on my problems though.
